As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping customer experiences, collaborating closely with our Chief Customer Officer, Helene (after her maternity leave), and Head of Delivery, Doris!Join us on either a part-time or full-time basis (30-38.5 hours) at our HQ in Vienna or remotely in Austria.

Salary - €42-47k 💰 This is just our targeted budget, we will consider adjusting for less or more experience and the overall fit.
In this role, you will:
Build strong, long-term relationships with our B2B clients, becoming their go-to person for all inquiries, support, and guidance.
Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for clients by understanding their goals and helping them maximize the value of our product.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and suggestions for product improvement, ensuring customers' voices are heard.
Manage customer communications around progress updates, delivery timelines, project milestones, invoice payments, etc.
Be proactive in spotting potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, passing these leads on to the sales team for further development.
You're a fit, because:
You have a customer-first mindset with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles within the B2B SaaS field (ideally in startups).
You have strong customer relationship skills and are great at presenting and communicating in a structured manner.
You're a great listener, with the patience of a zen master when it comes to managing customer expectations—even when they might test your limits!
You’re highly organized, with strong project management skills that allow you to juggle multiple internal and external priorities, even with simple tools like Google Sheets/Excel.
You’re comfortable working independently, taking full ownership (especially in the first 6 months during Helene’s maternity leave), and continuing to thrive in a small but growing team.
You’re open to developing sales skills down the line, particularly around upselling and cross-selling.
You are fluent in spoken and written English, fluent German is a plus.
Bonus: you worked with data manipulation and LCA-related food and beverage products in the past.
