Finance & Funding Intern (f/m/x)

As Finance & Funding Intern (f/m/x) you will gain first-hand insights into one of the most promising impact start-ups in Europe! Join us for 6 months on a part- or full-time basis (25-40 hours per week) at our HQ in Vienna. Develop your skills in an international work atmosphere and learn next to our experienced CEO, Markus and co-founder, Doris.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the right hand of our management team and support them in all kinds of operational day-to-day tasks.
  • Help with our funding efforts by filling out and submitting applications and communicating with our partners. 
  • Take care of our finance tasks such as submitting payroll, reviewing and updating budgets, and paying the invoices. 
  • Support our People (HR) team in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare presentations, internal communication, and reports.


You're a fit because:

  • You already gained your first working experience or did relevant internships, ideally in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • You have a high affinity for numbers and a very good knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • You like challenging the status quo and bringing new ideas to the existing processes and workflow. 
  • You are a proactive person with excellent organizational skills, are structured and reliable. Ideally, you already have your most favorite time-management technique ;)
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and German.
