International Sales Manager - B2B SaaS Grocery (f/m/x)

As an International Sales Manager (f/m/x) you will help us scale our solution across Europe and beyond! Join us on a full-time basis. Remote work is possible, but due to legal reasons, your primary residence should be in Austria or Germany, or you should be registered as a freelancer to work from elsewhere. 

Leverage your sales skills in an international work atmosphere and help grocery retailers to support their customers in adopting a healthier and more sustainable diet and thus become their customers' trusted partner.

In this role, you will:

  •  Own a full sales process with prospects across Europe and beyond our clients in Austria and abroad

  • Target C-level, marketing, sustainability & IT executives of multi-billion EUR grocery retailers

  • Hold online- and in-person sales meetings across Europe to analyze the needs of your prospects

  • Develop and negotiate proposals around our food & beverage product environmental footprint and sustainability engagement solutions 

  • Successfully close 6 to 7-figure EUR ARR deals

  • Work together with our founder and CEO Markus and drive our sales strategy further

  • Represent inoqo at conferences and events by promoting our company and products (mainly in Europe, potentially worldwide)


You're a fit because:

  • You have successfully sold product/service software to grocery retailers across Europe

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales-related role with outbound sales, customer relationship management, and owning the full sales cycle. 

  • You already have a built network and you have sold to CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Sustainability, etc.

  • You are a master of communication both written and verbally, and you are able to build solid relationships with your customers easily

  • You are fluent in spoken and written English. German is a big plus. 

  • Experience with Salesforce and experience in leading small teams is a plus

Our compensation package includes a minimum salary of €3.095,50 gross per month (x14) as well as a performance-based component.
