User Support Associate (Volunteer) (f/m/x)

Are you eager to learn how our app works from head to toe? inoqo is an app that helps users make more sustainable shopping decisions. And guess what - we need a lot of great minds to support us in tackling one of the biggest challenges of our times.

As User Support Associate (f/m/x), you will gain first-hand insights into one of the most promising impact start-ups in Europe! Join us for 3 to 6 months on a voluntary part-time basis either at our HQ in Vienna or remotely from anywhere in the world. Develop your skills in an international work atmosphere and learn next to our experienced co-founders.

As an early-stage impact startup with a massive challenge ahead of us, resources are still tight. We can’t offer a salary but will do everything to make sure you have great experience and learn a lot at inoqo.

How will you support us:

• Actively keep track of the feedback we receive from our users through the app.
• Dispatch tickets (feedback) to the relevant team or person.
• Improve our app by solving users' problems and advise our product development team.
• Based on your interest, support other teams within inoqo (data, marketing, research) with their tasks.
• Contribute with your own ideas to make processes more efficient.

You’re a fit because:

• You are a friendly, communicative person, and a natural problem solver.
• You are comfortable with taking a proactive approach and coming up with initiatives to improve processes.
• Ideally, you are a student who is looking for a compulsory (or Erasmus) internship.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German (mandatory) and English.
• Ideally, you would be available to distribute your working hours throughout the week.
